Meeting on 14th May 2013 started with the toast to the king by our beloved president Amy Siew. PD Toastmasters held their AGM for the first half of the meeting then followed by the normal meeting after the Dinner

Massala Tea at Muthu Curry House

It was a very impulsive decision to have a cup of tea with members and friends on Fathers' Day. The response was overwhelming.

Irene and I (Kay) were touched with the turn out despite many were busy with their own Fathers' Day celebration.

Thanks to Irene for recommending a great restaurant which lead to a sumptuous lunch. 

On behalf of all fathers , thanks Irene for the cake.

Following a decision made in a Club EGM on the 6th of November 2012, our club proceeded to obtain the approval of the Malaysian Registrar of Societies (Pendafter Pertubuhan Malaysia) to ammend our club's official name.
Effective 8 January 2013, the ROS officially changed our club from Port Dickson Toastmasters Club to Personal Development Toastmasters Club, in order to comply with our by-laws.
The name change doesn't affect our popular acronym, PDTMC - the acronym that still alludes to our place of origins!

Members went back home with fruitful information given by PDTMC toastmasters which range  from Voting and Election, Body Building and Hip Hop for a slim body, Various Pineapple and its medical benefit , spices and its benefit and finally Moment of Truth. The word of the day was CHANGE! Let us change for a better future :-)
