Meeting on 10th April 2012

The first meeting for the month of April was held on 10th April 2012. We had a total of 5 guests attending our meeting. Meeting started at 8.10pm


The meeting started as usual with the Presidents Speech. She encouraged members to practice to become a better speaker. She felt that if the members feel that they are good then they should take part in Contest! President inducted new member TM Saroja officially during the meeting.

Toast master of the Day was ACS Lee Kah Tor. He started by asking a question to the audience....Why are we here?

Toastmasters listened to the TME attentively.

Table Topic Master of the Day was CTM Kala. Her choice of question for the day was on TIPS.


Table Topic evaluator was Stephen Francis. His criteria were eye contact and voice modulation.

First question was on tips to safe monthly electric bill. TM Ong Guan Leong was asked to answer
Tips on how to stay healthy was thrown to TM Shan......"My husband had heart attack and then he stopped smoking.His friends ask ...oh you don't smoke anymore? How come..He answered wait until you get a heart attack"

Tips on how to safe water Bill was answered smartly by ACS Rosa Phua...Her water bill every month is only RM5.00...Please call her for more info.

Tips on how to take care teenagers or children by TM Nageswary

DTM Robert Tan shared his views on Tips on how to save money.

TM Shahrin was asked to answer the question on how to use our free time?

Table Topic Evaluator Stephen Francis gave his evaluation on all the Table Topic Masters.

TM Rama gave his 2nd Project Speech with the title ...Listen..Listen and Listen

TM Irene gave her 7th Speech . The title was on Tourism

TM Gopal gave his 3rd speech on " I don't understand my wife"

ACS Donna Kat was the Humor Master of the Day.

General Evaluator of the Day was Indra G

CC Chandran evaluated TM Rama.

ATMB Dr.Shubassh was the evaluator for Irene.

ATMB Tan Lai Hock evaluated TM Gopal.

Language Evaluator TM Shan gave her report.

Ah Counter CTM Yeoh collected a good sum of money for the club...Job well done!

TM Saroja gave the timer report.

Table Topic winners were TM Shan, TM Nages and DTM Robert Tan

TM Gopal was the winner for Best Speaker of the Day!

Best evaluator went to YB Tan Lai Hock

Meeting on 27th March 2012

The 2nd meeting for the month of March was held on 27th March 2012.


President Kay shared her experience during the Area C6 contest. She congratulate CC Vallie who was the Internation Speech Chamption for Area C6.
Port Dickson Toastmasters were listening attentively towards the Presidents Opening address
